Two ways to connect with companies

There are two main ways opportunities happen on hackajob.

1. You apply to matched roles

When your profile is live, Archer reviews your experience, related skills and preferences such as salary, location and working style. Roles that show strong alignment appear in your Dashboard and Apply tab.

You can review the details, see why the role matches your background, and apply directly using your hackajob profile.

1. Companies send you interview requests

Some companies prefer to review matched profiles and reach out directly. If there is strong alignment, they can send you an interview request.

You will see the full job description, salary and key details before deciding whether to accept or decline. Your contact details are only shared if you choose to move forward.

In your Requests tab, you can see all interview requests from companies and decide whether to move forward.

In your Interviews tab, you can manage upcoming interviews in one place.

In your Apply tab, you can track the roles you have applied to, review their status, and hide roles you are not interested in. You can also mark roles as not interested so Archer refines your future matches.

This means you are not juggling emails, spreadsheets and multiple job boards. Everything is centralised inside your hackajob account.

Your hackajob profile is structured and easy to review. You can also download it and use it for applications outside the platform.
