How do I join hackajob?

Sign up to hackajob, tell us your preferences and get matched to roles that truly fit what you are looking for. Joining takes less than five minutes and is completely free.

1. Create your free profile

Sign up and complete your profile with:

  • Your work experience
  • Skills and responsibilities
  • Salary expectations
  • Location and working preferences
  • Visa status

Your hackajob profile is structured and easy to review, and you can download it to use in applications outside the platform if you wish.

2. Share your skills

You can strengthen your profile by:

  • Adding detailed experience and projects
  • Including links to relevant work such as portfolios or GitHub
  • Completing coding challenges if you are applying for technical roles

3. See your matched roles & apply

Once your profile is live, Archer reviews new roles continuously and surfaces the ones that show strong alignment with your experience and preferences.

You will see these in your Dashboard and Apply tab, where you can:

  • Review role details and salary
  • See why the role matches your profile
  • Apply directly using your hackajob profile

4. Receive interview requests

Some companies prefer to review matched profiles and reach out directly.

If there is strong alignment, they can send you an interview request. You will see the full job description before deciding whether to accept or decline. Your contact details are only shared if you choose to move forward.
