How do I complete the diversity and inclusion section of my profile?

When setting up your profile on hackajob, you have the opportunity to provide diversity and inclusion (D&I) information.

This optional section helps us better understand who you are and enables us to support your needs and advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In this article, we'll explain the options for each question in the D&I section and provide definitions for specific terms.

Gender Identity

Woman Identifies as female.
Man Identifies as male.
Non-binary Identifies outside the traditional gender binary of male or female.
Transgender Identifies as a gender different from the one assigned at birth.
Other Identifies as a gender that doesn't fit into the above options.
I'd prefer not to say Choose this option if you prefer not to disclose your gender identity.

Do you consider yourself to be neurodiverse?

Neurodiversity expresses that people experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways. In the context of this question, a number of expressions of neurodiversity can be selected.

Autism Neurodevelopmental condition that affects social interaction, communication, and behavior.
Dyslexia Learning disorder that affects reading, writing, and spelling abilities.
Tourette Neurological disorder characterized by involuntary movements and vocalizations.
ADHD Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, which impacts attention span and impulse control.
