If you wish to maintain your privacy and prevent certain employers from accessing your profile, we've got you covered.
We understand that privacy is important when you're on the market for a new role. That's why we provide you with the option to block employers that you don't want to see your profile.
To get started, log in to your hackajob account using your credentials. If you haven't signed up yet, go ahead and create a free account to access all the exciting job opportunities available.
Once you're logged in, look for the "Settings" option on the left-hand menu.
Within the Settings section, locate the option to edit your "Blocked employers." Click on the corresponding icon to proceed to the next step.
You will now see a list of employers currently blocked from accessing your profile. If an employer you wish to block is already listed, great. However, if the employer you want to block is not listed, start typing their name and select them from the drop-down list. If you can't find them, it means they are not using hackajob, and there's no need to take further action.
After you have added the employers you wish to block, save your changes. This ensures that your preferences are updated and will take effect immediately.
Congratulations! You have successfully blocked employers from seeing your profile on hackajob. The employers on your block list will not be able to access your profile or be aware that you are using hackajob. Rest assured that your privacy is protected.
