How do I reschedule an interview?

Follow these steps to reschedule your interview.

If you need to change your interview time, you can do this directly from your Interviews tab.

Rescheduling your interview

  1. Go to your Interviews section.
  2. Select the interview you would like to reschedule.
  3. Click the Reschedule interview button at the top of the interview details page.

You will then be guided through the process to select a new time.

Depending on the company’s setup, you may:

  • Choose from newly available time slots
  • Suggest your availability

If you are asked to suggest availability, propose multiple suitable time slots to make it easier for the employer to confirm a new time quickly.

Informing the employer

After rescheduling, you may want to send a short message to the employer explaining the change. Clear communication helps maintain a professional impression.
