How do I reschedule an interview?
Follow these steps to reschedule your interview.
If you need to change your interview time, you can do this directly from your Interviews tab.
Rescheduling your interview
- Go to your Interviews section.
- Select the interview you would like to reschedule.
- Click the Reschedule interview button at the top of the interview details page.
You will then be guided through the process to select a new time.
Depending on the company’s setup, you may:
- Choose from newly available time slots
- Suggest your availability
If you are asked to suggest availability, propose multiple suitable time slots to make it easier for the employer to confirm a new time quickly.
Informing the employer
After rescheduling, you may want to send a short message to the employer explaining the change. Clear communication helps maintain a professional impression.
