How do I manage my applications in Apply?
Apply is where you can view and manage all the roles you have applied to, as well as the matched roles Archer has surfaced for you to explore.
If a company reaches out to you directly with an interview request, you will find that in your Requests tab instead.
When your profile is Live, Archer reviews your experience and preferences and continuously looks for roles that align with what you want next. In Apply you will see the roles Archer believes are a strong fit, key details like location, working style and salary, a short explanation of why each role matches your profile, and your application status so you can keep track of progress.
You can access Apply from the left-hand menu. You will also see a preview of matched roles on your Dashboard under "Roles you can apply for" — Apply shows the full list.
Applying to a role
- Go to Apply from the left-hand menu
- Browse your matched roles and select View role
- Review the job description, salary and key requirements
- Check "Why is this a match?" to see how your profile aligns
- If the role looks right, select Apply for job
After applying, you may see a pop-up asking whether you applied. Select Yes, I applied if you completed the application, or No, not yet if you did not. This keeps your Apply list accurate and helps you track what you have already done.
Hiding roles you are not interested in
If a role is not a good fit, open it from your Apply list, select Not interested and choose a reason if prompted. This tells Archer what to avoid in future matches — whether the location, working style or seniority level is not right. The more feedback you give, the more accurate your matches become over time.
Interview and offer check-ins
Sometimes you will see short check-ins like "Did you get an interview?" or "Did you get an offer?" These help you keep your job search organised and help us improve the quality of matching. If you confirm you got an interview or an offer, we update the role status in your account so you have a clear view of your progress.
