Can I apply for jobs on hackajob?

When your profile is live, Archer reviews your experience, preferences and expectations and surfaces roles that are a strong fit. You can apply to all of them in your Apply tab.

Where do I see roles I can apply to?

You’ll see matched roles in two places.

On your Dashboard

Under “Roles you can apply for”, you’ll see a preview of roles Archer considers a great fit.

You can open any role to see full details, understand why it matches, and apply.

In your Apply tab

Your Apply tab shows the full list of roles Archer has matched to your profile.

Here you can:

• Browse all available matches
• Sort and filter roles
• Open roles to see full details
• Apply directly using your hackajob profile

Every role in this tab is there because Archer has identified strong alignment between your background, your preferences and the employer’s requirements.

What about companies that might reach out?

On your dashboard, you may also see “Companies that might reach out.”

This is a different way of connecting.

If a company sees strong alignment with your profile, they can send you an interview request directly. You’ll receive full role details and can choose whether to accept or decline. Your contact details are not shared unless you decide to move forward.

You can manage all invitations in your Requests tab.
